ئاهەنگ (Ahang), a digital invitation service in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, at ahang.krd.

By using or buying the service, you agree to these terms. Contact us by email: support@ahang.krd.

A digital invitation page on a link of your own, with a secret link for editing its content.

And, depending on the package, further features: RSVP replies, a wishes wall, a seat link for every guest, door scanning, and the guest album.

You fill in the order form, see the design with your own names free of charge, and then go straight to the payment page. The price comes from the package you chose and is in Iraqi dinars.

Payment happens on Wayl's payment page, by FIB, FastPay or bank card. At no point does your card or account information reach us.

Payment is confirmed automatically: we ask Wayl, and their answer is the only evidence. If money has left your account but the page has not confirmed it yet, wait a few minutes — and if nothing changes, contact us.

Immediately after payment the edit link appears on the screen, and the same link is sent to the email address you wrote on the order. It is sent once only, and only to that address.

Payment by itself does not publish the invitation. You complete the details from the edit link and press publish yourself — until then nobody sees it.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first. Then contact us and we will resend your link.

Before you pay, you can see the design with your own names and your own date, exactly as your guests will see it.

That is the design, not the whole content: the programme, the photos and the music you add afterwards from the edit link.

The names, dates, venue, photos and music come from you, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

We publish what you give us. A typing mistake at your end is not our responsibility — but while the edit link is open you can correct it yourself, or ask us to.

Unlawful content, abusive content, or impersonating someone else.

Other people's photos or music without permission.

If this happens, we may take the invitation down.

You are the one who gives us your guests' names and numbers, and you are responsible for having the right to use that information.

You must tell your guests that the invitation collects replies, party sizes and photos.

The invitation stays live for 6 months after the date of the event. Extended free of charge on request.

The edit link works for 21 days.

The management pages — the guest list, the replies, the door scanner — close 14 days after the event.

The edit link and the guest links work without any sign-in. Anyone who has the link has the same access — including through the email we send it to.

Keep them safe. If a link gets out, tell us and we will lock it.

The templates, the designs and the code are ours and remain ours.

You have the right to use your own invitation — not the right to resell it, or to use the design for other work.

Your own content — the names, the photos, the music — remains yours.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not responsible for a guest's device, internet connection or browser, nor for a message failing to reach someone because of a wrong number.

Our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

You must be 18 or older to buy an invitation.

These terms are interpreted under the law of the Republic of Iraq.

If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it by discussion. If that is not possible, the competent Iraqi courts decide.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
